At least it isn't winter for 5-6 months of the year.

June's average high is 70f at Heathrow and 72f in the centre, by the way.

Lol, what climate are you claiming to have "5-6 months of winter"?

All of November-March. 5 months, but if people can knock off numbers to make somewhere look worst than it actually is, I can do the same, right?

At least Chicago can count on a reliably warm season each year.

London is pretty cool for the summer. Night times can require sweaters and long sleeve pajamas. Day times can also be chilly and rainy in july. London has had July's that didn't even average 70.

Warm means not cold. I doubt that you would find London cold during summer.

Summer nights in my location are 2C colder than London, but I can't imagine anyone having to wear long sleeve pajamas. Remember that in the summer season, a house will hold a lot more heat at night, than during winter. My house wouldn't drop below 19C during summer, so no need for pajamas.

November has an average high of 10.2C in my suburb. That's not too far off your November right which is 11.1C at Heathrow?

Just like my average highs during the colder months are very cold by your standards, your averages highs during the warm months are chilly by my standards. It's not making it look worst than it actually is. Those are your highs. In July and August your highs are not far from my lows. That's chilly to me.
