Los Angeles, knowing that it's the first week of January and that it would be extremely pleasant on the sunny days, even more so than Honolulu. Sorry but for me it's hard to beat Los Angeles from a mild to warmish perspective, also Honolulu can feel quite uncomfortable even in January.
