Ulan Bator because Baghdad is my version of hell on ****ing Earth. Ulan Bator is still way too dry though the temperatures are nice.

This is a lose-lose situation.

I shall seek counsel, from one, wise in the ways of climate.

I had the good luck to live and work in both of these lovely spots. Climate, Baghdad wins handily n my book. People, Mongolia wins handily. Despite super cold winter in Ulan Bator, I could live there happily.

Don't forget that they're rather inland, hence their cool winters.

Speaking of which, it's currently -35 F (-37 C) in Ulan Bator right now.

Lol... Seriously, if you were in a subarctic climate I bet you would be yearning for 35C weather with high humidity.

Yeah, I guess you really dig cold climates. Lol...

But people tend to have this mentality or bias - When they're in equatorial climates they'd be wishing to live in places like Canada or those having "four seasons". And when they're residing in cold climates they'd be like "I wanna be in the Caribbean right now".

Not sure if others have noticed this? A couple of users in here seem that way (not gonna name them Lol)....
