Funny thing is, I've been fairly close to both. I live in a climate where the average annual high is 44, and I used to live in a climate where the average annual high is 93.

1.7 °C obviously. Can't escape the heat.

Btw, is there a city on the planet where the average high is 35 °C? The hottest city I know is Riyadh and it has 33.3 °C.

35 F. I feel much more comfortable in cold than I do in heat. An average high of 95 F annually sounds incredibly hellish. My current climate has an average annual high of 84 F and I find it really hellish.
