Summers too hot. Winters too cool and would probably have a lot of rainy days?

Probably, I think the end of autumn get a lot of cool/cold rainy days.

Too much precipitation, a little bit too warm summers, and too cold winters.

Tizi is a berber word for Mountain pass..

Otherwise, my rate is C. Summers are too hot for me.

B-. 36c highs for two months straight doesn't sound too fun, nor does the rainless summer. But the other 10 months are very nice
