Whoa, where in Wyoming is this? This has to easily be the most continental location in that state.

Anyways, impressive climate. The downfalls are that daytime highs are a bit too warm year-round. Make them 15 F colder and this would be an A. Also, it's too dry and sunny.

Winters are too cold. Summers are alright, considering that they get dry heat and cool refreshing lows (which compensate the heat).

Lows too cool, winter slightly too cold.

Interesting that Basin mean average temperature is lower than where I live,
but average highs are warmer (except winter)...lows are way cooler.

Basin is located in the "Big Horn Basin",
severe rainshadow area between 13,000 ft (4000m) mountain ranges,
driest part of Wyoming, also has highest average summer highs in the state.

Basin is pretty good, I prefer nearby Worland and Greybull climates better, those are B-

The "wettest" year was 10.43" in 2005 and the driest was 2.63" in 1902. Basin sees an average of 51 days with temperatures 90 degrees or higher and 186 nights with temps 32 degrees or lower.
