I rate it a B-, lots of summer thunderstorms but, winters too warm.

F.

Absolutely awful. Anything remotely resembling a tropical climate gets an F.

I'm very skeptical of those summer highs. Doubt they're higher than 92F. NWS says 94F Aug high for Lakeland Linder Airport, but all other nearby stations are within in 91F-92F range. I would think winter (highs and lows) should be cooler. Something is wrong with that station.

Same for me. And seems to always be the epicenter of low humidity.

Those temps do look warmer than other surrounding stations. Thanks for pointing that out.

I have family that live down there, and I've been down there, I'd give it a B. I really like the warm climate, but the area is too at risk for hurricanes and thunderstorms for my liking.

E/F

Way too hot and humid in the height of summer and the risk of severe thunderstorms and hurricanes also drag it down as well. Bad tropical climate...

B. Needs the rain and thunderstorms to be evenly distributed throughout the year and slightly cooler summers to get an A from me.

I'd give it a B. I love the warm, even the hot, weather. I hate being cold. Winters are nice. But I'm not crazy about the daily thunderstorms in the summer and the frequent lightning. Overall, I like the climate.

Florida looks almost all the same to time.
