It amazes me how far ahead Philly is than NW NJ. I guess being rural and higher elevation makes all the difference.

I guess Philly's uhi prevented the city from dropping as low as these rural areas during the cold snap, imagine during a regular year they would be all closer together.

A bit late , you could have done that weeks ago! I planted them outdoors today too, finally got to buying topsoil and fixing the dirt up so they got planted today.

I've been working a lot of overtime these past weeks so I haven't had much time.

I'm about to start working regular hours again.

I feel you, I could have planted a week ago but was busy also. Getting the soil ready is the hard part.

Fortunately, I don't have to buy topsoil since the soil is already good as it is for growing vegetables.
