I don't really see the point of the As category - most of these climates have so little difference between the high and low sun seasons that whether the dry season is in the former or latter is fairly trivial.

Honolulu has dry season in summer.

Summer is part of high sun season.
High-sun season: April-September
Summer: June-August
Honolulu is dry all high-sun season.
