Thats a good example. And the diurnal range is probably some degrees higher just outside the urban heat island of the city.

Brasilia has average diurnal range of 10c for wet season and almost 15c for dry season.

Brasilia is a good one!

And it provokes questions - It seems very humid and rainy (in its wet season). How does it manage such low night temps?

I think is due to elevation(1200m) and because it is in a high plain, so air masses can move freely.
