There's a awful detail that may lower the city rating.

It is very hazy during the dry season(dust carried by winds and smoke from wildfires), this combined with low relative humidity makes the city a hell for the allergic during the period.

C, too dry, boring, and hot year round. It would get a much higher rating if the temperatures fell by 5c each month

It manages to get high sunshine even during the wet season because most precipitation came in errant, short-lived but powerful thunderstorms, so you can get stormy weather and sunny weather several times in the same day.

Dewpoints are low even during hot days in the wet season, so it is never uncomfortably hot.
