Hamburg is rainy, but Sydney, Australia is even rainier! (129 vs 143 rainy days, 792 vs 1212 mm).
Hamburg IS cloudy, with those hours of sunshine usually you can even spend entire weeks without seeing Sunshine.
Anyway, places like Sheffield, United Kingdom, are even cloudier.
Snowy... I don't think it snows that much, compared to more Eastern locations.
Cold? No. The average low in January is barely below freezing (-0.1 °C). There are many places in the Canadian Prairies and Siberia that get average lows below -20 °C.
Even considering this, it's true that is indeed rainy and lacks sunshine. But not very cold.
Vancouver is very humid in the winter, with an average of 81.2% in January. The summer is not very humid, considering it's 61.4%, and considering it's not very high temperatures, it won't feel bad at all.
LOTS OF RAIN only in the winter (and it's true, 20 rainy days a month is a very high figure, and I think people may get annoyed), but the summer is quite dry, with only 6 rainy days. However, I can understand that many people may get tired of that amount of rain.
Wet. Yes. It's very wet. But it's the same thing as I said previously, the summer isn't wet.
What you said is mostly true, but remember, there are worse climates, much worse climates, like Yellowknife and Phoenix, so you don't have to worry about Hamburg and Vancouver, they are just annoying, not dangerous, it's just water, it's not as dangerous as Yellowknife and Phoenix ^^ enjoy!
Actually many Canadians see Vancouver as the California of Canada - mildest winters and Mediterranean summers.
True.
And you can choose from many micro climates,
like White Rock....less precip, more sun, slightly milder.
Or go a bit inland like Abbotsford, slightly colder winter, warmer summer.
You want zone 9b for growing exotic plants....live in Point Atkinson/West Vancouver.
Disagree about Hamburg and Vancouver... they don't have a lot in common. Summers are much drier here than in Hamburg. July and August almost double the rainfall and rain days in Hamburg.
Winters here are also significantly milder by about 3C on average.

Do you like the climate of Vancouver? What are the good and the bad things about it?

It's certainly not my favorite but it's better than a lot of other cities in the world.
Some positives:
-Settling snow is quite rare in the city
-Summers are mostly sunny and dry which make it fairly easy to plan outdoor activities.
-Extreme weather like tornadoes or hurricanes are rare to non existent.
Some negatives:
-It rains WAY too much
-Summers can be quite lackluster and only have a couple of days of truly beach weather
-Way too dark and gloomy outside of summer
