I've been tired lately and before that sick but this is the worst weather has affected my mood in a long time. Constant gray and extremely chilly temperatures combined with being during a season I'd expect better weather.

Meanwhile we are averaging 10 hours of sunshine a day so far and the next week we will get mostly 10+ hours each day too

Sunshine and warmth really does improve my mood.. even though it's only 20C today (finally) it feels much warmer than it would do normally as I'm not used to it, and these are the first warm and sunny days since last early October after our crap start to Spring until now

They both have atrocious foreign policies. Donalt Trump wants to go to war with our biggest neighbor and deport a population larger than that of Sweden. USA has a spanish speaking population almost as large as that of Colombia, Spain, or Argentina. Get used to it GOP

Even if Chump chooses Rubio as his running mate, he won't get enough Hispanic votes to win.

doubt he could get anymore than 10-15% of the hispanic vote. Perhaps not much better with the Asian vote. Last election, Mitt Romney got around 27-29% of both. Giving an impression "I don't like your kind" is a way to lose a demographic's vote.

When you factor in the possibility of some upset Sanders supporters (who seemed to be whiter overall than Hillary supporters) possibly supporting Trump out of disgust, this presidential race may be even more polarized along racial lines than the last one.

I doubt it, because there'll likely be some white Republicans who'll switch. Polls show Trump loses a bunch of whites that usually vote Republican, particularly among the more educated and women. If that happens it will be less racially polarized because there's probably a limit to how far the non-white vote can drop. But who knows. There's 6 months for all sorts of weirdness to happen.

If Trump chooses Kasich, Rubio, or Newt Gingrich as his running mate, I may have to reconsider my opposition to him. All 3 are anti-Putin. If they could influence him in that direction... something to think about, at least. Gingrich could be to Trump (on foreign policy) what Dick Cheney was to George W. Bush. Gingrich is obviously many times more knowledgeable about the world than Trump.
