2008-2009: Mixed, but generally great because I graduated high school. Started college which was a step in the right direction towards a much higher quality of life.
2010: Doesn't really stand out. It wasn't bad...just went to school and worked.
2011: Horrendous first half of the year due to severe illness, but gradually improved.
2012: This was probably one of the best years of my life.
2013: Some good memories, but also was going through severe depression. First year I traveled on my own.
2014: Absolutely awful...probably worse than 2011.
2015: Meh. End was good because I left a crappy job for a far better job
2016: Not bad. My job is going well, but my personal life leaves a lot to be desired.

2005: Pretty good. Went to both Canada and Europe that year. Also the year I saw snow falling for the first time.
2006: Don't remember much from it lol. I moved to GA at the end of that year though on December 26.
2007: Solid year. Had my first girlfriend and experienced a great early April cold snap.
2008: Meh. Moved back to FL (which I was unhappy about).
2009: Good year. Had my first long-term girlfriend this year.
2010: Graduation so it was good. Off to college.
2011: Fun. Lots of parties and chicks.
2012: Great year. Lost 80 pounds that year.
2013: Good year. Moved to Tallahassee.
2014: Mixed year. Had a hard financial year but a really good girlfriend and I was fairly happy with life.
2015: Bad year. Lots of anxiety/panic attacks. Broke up with my ex. Drank a lot. Gained weight at the end of year.
2016: So far so good. Have lost weight since the beginning of the year, fairly busy and have a solid job (well, jobs actually) lol.

I'll join in the circle jerk of past memories.

2005: Moved to CT from NJ, which I liked because I wanted a change of scenery.
2006: Boring as ****, don't remember a thing.
2007: See above
2008: Competed in the National Geographic Bee in DC, which ended up being full of Asians and Asperger's in the end.
2009: Moved to FL; not something I was happy about.
2010: Not great. I was a bit irritated by the magnitude of moronicness of FL compared to CT.
2011: Not too bad. In hindsight, I feel like I was sulking on my high horse for a great deal of the year.
2012: Pretty good in comparison to recent **** years.
2013: Not a very interesting year, apart from building one of my proudest achievements.
2014: Good year socially, not as great otherwise.
2015: Had its ups and downs. In the end, I felt like I had achieved a lot of self-improvement.
2016: Good so far, no real complaints. Learned I'll be moving to NM, which I'm very excited about.

I'm visiting Boston for the weekend and we've got a temperature/dew point combo of 28°C/19°C (82°F/66°F) - awesome summer weather, and way better than the 10°C and pouring rain that Vancouver is currently experiencing

pre 2007: Nothing too exciting, didn't like having to go to after-school programs (both parents work)
2007-08: New elementary school. Nothing too exciting.
2009: Was happy to get out of elementary school and start middle school.
2010: Not bad, thought I had a lot of homework. Snowstorms meant it had the best weather since 2004.
2011: Decent, started playing CivIV a lot.
2012: Good, felt nice being in the last grade of middle school.
2013: Starting high school was kind of hard, but made some friends.
2014: Had some stress and anxiety.
2015: Busy with school, bored in the summer.
2016: Finishing high school feels good, in a better situation socially and going off to college, but looking for a job.

This is Part 1, covering 1992-2003. Part 2 will be posted later today.

1992: Came into existence around April. Made the journey to the outside world on December 25.
1993: I was an infant. Had a full head of black curly hair which fell out around March. Learned to crawl, etc. Turned 1.
1994: Learned to read at 15 months. First got into cars - first word I read was "Datsun" out of a phone book. In June, my parents got their first home. Until then we all lived with my mom's parents.
1995: A very precocious child, would read in public and people would be impressed. First memories formed this year, but very vague.
1996: Moved in October. Cousin whom I am very close with to this day born in June. Started preschool. Did not get along with peers well due to Asperger's, as yet undiagnosed.
1997: Preschool continued. Had no friends my age yet; very smart for age but would engage in solitary play activities.
1998: Diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. Started kindergarten in August. Soon moved to "T-1" class, which academically was between kindergarten and 1st grade. Had to have a 1-on-1 assistant in school.
1999: Went to first grade. Got bunk bed which I still have. Geeze, I need a new bed. Getting one this year.
2000: Started second grade. Went on first major vacation, to Biltmore Estate. Didn't care for it then. I was 7.
2001: Moved to current house in February. Started third grade, and the teacher was one of those rare teachers that really inspires you and deeply cares for the well being of her students. Grew up a lot that year. Started making real friendships with peers.
2002: Sang "Hound Dog" at school talent show April 26 - need to find VHS tape of that! Fourth grade teacher was just as good as 3rd - a high bar! Grew up a lot this year too. Started using the internet regularly - in fact I joined a travel forum at 9. (Shhh... minimum age is 13, but the account itself is 14 years old now. Fourth grade teacher played Neopets in class. Began to get interested in that. Got my own computer in December. First became interested in weather as well.
2003: Joined Neopets January 17. Watched the Weather Channel A LOT that year. Neopets and Weather Channel were my two big interests that year. It was a good year. Competed in the National Geographic Bee. 4th place in TN.

Picture links. Enjoy seeing me grow up from a baby to a 23 year old man!

Sorry for the five year gap between '99 and '03 - don't have many of those era pictures scanned in yet.
