C: it's too warm overall, but it's better than other places at that latitude, due to its altitude. If it was higher, I'd have given this even a B.

Very pleasant and comfortable. Surprised that, for its latitude, it isn't that wet (most highland climate in the tropics are excessively rainy). I give it a B-.

EDIT: Just saw its forecast and its highs average at around 33C all this week (with lows of 17C). Could the climate data be wrong or are they in a hot spell?

mmm i suspect the first. In the wiki link there is a data of a near higher spot located at the same latitude and altitude of Mexico city but its mean average is 5ºC lower
