^^ Nice, where is it exactly if you don't mind me asking?

Temps in the 19-23°C range and dews 19-15°C today. Ideal temps for most comfort-wise, though a bit humid if you're active.

Was going to hike in the mountains, but we decided not to go because of the weather. Smart decision:

How common would that cloud be there? I'm guessing that would be a typical cloudscape to about 30-40% of summer days here. along with those temperatures and dew points.

Great Norway photos too.

Cloud tops around 20-25000ft? It looks like the clouds in the top right corner have reached the tropopause.

23c with a 15c dewpoint would be a typical summer afternoon here too.

Big cumulus clouds and cumulonimbus are a very common background. The sky is blue above the sea and the immediate coast, then a dozen or so kilometers inland convective towers start to appear. Last June they were an almost daily sight, this June again they're extremely common. Last year activity dwindled in July with cloudless skies even above the mountains. Not sure which setup is commonest as I have not been here long enough, though it does make sense that July has less of them as it's the core of the dry season. *sigh*

Overhead convective clouds are less common on the coast, maybe one out of 10 summer days? They mostly come from the nearby mountains. Only late in the season do they start forming over the warm sea.

Good eye, there were anvils to the right. They were in the 25-30k range according to the map.

Sounds similar to the south coast here. The coastal strip sees 240-260 hrs of sun per month from May-August, but a few km inland it's only around 200-220 hours.

Are the convective clouds created more from topography or just from the airmass contrast between the coastal Mediterranean and inland? I guess you'd need both factors, but the topography to create the bigger clouds.

We don't have clouds that scale as frequently in the summer except when a front / organized storm system, or maybe after a very humid day with the right atmospheric setup.

Nice! Haven't seen local photos from you in a while. The photo with the hill in the distant looks a bit like here. Appears you have a decent camera now. From a new-ish smartphone? Looks like it could be from an iPhone.
