What is wrong with the climate of Eau Claire in opinion?

To me this my favorite climate in the U.S with cold snowy winters and very warm humid summers with frequent thunderstorms in Spring and Summer.

Winters are too cold, summers are too hot, but everything else is fine. Precipitation is good.

Seems like Upstate NY 2.0 but with colder winters. The worst part is the very long winter that drags from November to early April

Same as me, I find anything 40 to 59 F (+4.4 to +15 C) uncomfortable, and anything under 40/+4.4 to be freezing, even with protective clothing
