Yes, most of Argentina between Bahia Blanca and Santa Fe has temperatures like that, along with Uruguay. It's why Argentina climates are so amazing

Okay, so, this is an English forum, so it's international and every climate is possible, but I'm wondering what would the results be if this was posted in an (for example) Albanian language forum, and one says: "I start feeling cold below 0 °C". Would that be perceived as "weird"?

"Cold starts bothering me at 273K" would be a bit strange.

Because Albania usually doesn't have cold winters, so it would sound like that person is showing himself as "tough", I don't know.

Does 15 °C feel cold to people who have it as an average high for the coolest month?

Are we talking about Fahrenheit or Celsius? Why is everyone using Fahrenheit?

For me, any temperature below -10 C starts to be bothersome.
