Europe, Asia: 30 degrees south and 115 degrees west
North America: 10 degrees south and 80 degrees west
South America and Africa: 10 degrees south and 100 degrees east

I don't understand, if you are moving Antarctica north, what is its eastward movement in relation to? Are you increasing its landmass too?
Regardless you are seriously in danger of cutting off the Antarctica circumpolar current which is where the majority of the oceanic water masses form and could functionally shut down thermohaline circulation.

I never really changed the location of oceans and seas.

With that in mind, I'll be moving South America 25 degrees south instead of 10 degrees south.
