Which season of the year do you prefer to have the most precip?

Summer should be the wettest in my opinion. I still like a decent amount of rain in other seasons with maybe autumn as the driest.

Summer, obviously. I'm more used to that, and I see most of the world has that, so...

Winter, I don't want to see a drop of rain from April to October, but November to March, as long as none of it is snow, I don't care

I would like a lot of rain and some snow during the winter months.

Summer. Winter rain is depressing, and I don't like it when grass goes yellow or brown. Most of it should be from heavy showers or thunderstorms though.

Spring and Summer, it provides more of a relief from the harsh sun. I don't want a "dry season" though. My ideal climate is quite cold in winter, so even like say 2-3" of precipitation a month would cause a good amount of snow.

Definitely summer. I prefer my winters to be dry.
