Just been for a 17 mile run. I did 9 miles yesterday and 13 miles on Saturday too. I'm gonna give the running a rest for a few days now though. My shins are pretty sore, so I'll stick to circuits in the gym the rest of the week.
I'm jealous of the European guys on here who have excellent railroad systems that can take you anywhere you want, anytime you want, at low prices. In the US intercity travel is slow and leaves you with few options
