Malaysia didn't introduce it yet, from what I know there is a lot of opposition to it. Most Bosnians seem pretty chill, if you mean tribal by "like to keep to themselves" that's true, but a lot of immigrant groups do that

There was a discussion on here about Islam a while back, and I made a point of highlighting genuine opinion polls form around the Islamic world, they show that very extreme views are not uncommon at all, in fact they are majority opinions in many Islamic countries.

From what I've seen, I certainly wouldn't call Indonesia or Bangladesh "chill", they are actually on the more extreme side of the spectrum.

No, Messi is the free-kick man, Ronaldo forgot how to do them years ago. He should just hand them over to Bale.

It's not just about Islam but it's true that liberals, progressives, leftists in many western countries these days will go to impressive lengths to tolerate various cultural and religious practices and beliefs in a way of proving they are not racist or xenophobic.

It's as if in order to be liberal you need to be accepting of the illberal.

And I say this as a leftist progressive BTW.

In Canada it is considered racist by many to question any religious or cultural practice - even the most objectionable ones.

Of course with the exception of Christian ones. For those it's OK. (I say this as a person who does not have a Christian identity personally.)

It's a dangerous game.

I find this to be true for very few nutjobs belonging to a very small but vocal minority. Maybe in overly PC "safe space" triggered snowflake North America it's more prevalent. I mean, you can't even curse on TV. BLEEP! Or show a boob.
