They get massive swings between milder cold weather (almost always still subfreezing, of course) and brutal cold. So it's like from 0 to -45 C, I suppose. Big range.

-17 F (-27 C) is the average low in January

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairba...Alaska#Climate

Record low of -66 F (-54 C) and a record high of 52 F (11 C) in January so quite the impressive range just within that month. The 52 F (11 C) likely occurred from Foehn winds off the Alaskan Range.

I wouldn't mind spending a winter there either I would like Siberia also but they don't get nearly enough snow.

I love the climate of Izmir! Seems like a really nice progressive city too. Most people in Izmir seem rightfully pissed off by the decisions of those living in Eastern Turkey

I don't live in İzmir.

İzmit and İzmir are different places.

I live in İzmit, not İzmir. İzmit is capital of Kocaeli Province, which is near İstanbul.

Yankees have Clint Frazier, Luis Severino, Jordan Montgomery, Gary Sanchez, and Aaron Judge who are all 25 or younger. Didi Gregorius, Aaron Hicks, and Starlin Castro are all 27 years old. The future looks good

Yes - in 2-3 years the Yankees are going to be scary tbh. The Dodgers and the Astros as well.....well they already are, but even more so lol.

Honestly, and this is gonna be a bit dark, but if it weren't for Jose Fernandez's passing (RIP ) I honestly think the Marlins could be playoff contenders.

I obviously drink alcohol, I used to smoke occasionally to relieve my stress but have mostly stopped now which is good. I used to smoke a lot of weed at university (literally 5+ spliffs most evenings coupled with beers to chill out, those were the good days!) but don't anymore unless I'm at a friend's house and get offered it. Also in my younger uni days I did do mdma quite a few times as well as ketamine (by accident when I was already really drunk) and also Smoked this thing called Salvia which was weird.

Now however I just stick to alcohol. I'm not a druggie but I won't listen to any bullsh*t propaganda that tells me what I can or cannot do and I will make my own informed decisions. I would probably smoke weed again if I wasn't living at home because it chills me out and it is no worse than alcohol
