Strange climate, this - 35'S, situated by the ocean, and yet has recorded subfreezing lows in most of its months.

D+. I thought the summer highs were lower. Regardless, summers not warm enough and lows are too cold year round. And 159 rain days for 436mm of rain is freaking retarded.

D+. Another crappy climate like Neptune Island, lol. I wonder why the climates in this area get so many rainy days? Temperatures are comfortable though.

right on the southern ocean so cold fronts and southerlies are a full time business and bring lots of crappy stratocrapulus days with drizzle and light rain.

Except, Mercury Island is a lot cooler in the summer and it's more oceanic in comparison with stable temperature range.

KI, with its high diurnal ranges and record lows, is something you'd expect in the inner parts of Australia, not by the sea.

D-. Horrible, mild rainy winters. Summers are pleasant, but too cool and there's probably very few thunderstorms.
