Just saw one in my house.

I wanna move to a place where there are no wolf spiders. My prospects don't look too good:

Thankfully spraying in the basement seems to have worked (for now).

I'm surprised they reach that far north in northern Canada/Alaska/Russia.

That's the map from the Wikipedia page. It may not be exact. But yeah, with about 2300 species they can pretty much be found anywhere.

There are surprisingly few bugs on the west coast of South America. Much much much less than in the US or Russia. Is it because we're in the desert? The magic of the Cold Current?

First time trying out brand new cot for sleeping in basement. ****ing heat in bedroom.. cot is not bad with some extra cushioning. Old air mattress got to be too leaky. Couldn't sleep on it without it becoming quite deflated.

Unlike the air mattress, not really much space for my cat on here... guaranteed he'll try to plop himself on the cot with me though.

It's a bit unsettling that there's 2300 types of that......

And I wanna move to place that has no cockroaches. I hate their sight. I can't stand the way they look. I lose appetite even thinking of them. Somebody should collect every single last one of them and throw them in Antarctica.

Give me a room filled with spiders over one cockroach any day.

Even worse when they fly.....one that doesn't fly doesn't bother me that much, they're just gross AF.

But when they fly.....oh hell no.
