My Dad was found dead this morning . Only 49, but he lived a life where it wasn't ever going to last. I feel awful. I just wish I could've seen him or helped, but it's easy to think that after something like this has happened.
Another migraine today. They come out of the blue with no rhyme or reason. The weirdest part was when my right arm became tingling and numb for a few minute, I didn't know that could be a symptom.

I had one today; felt nauseauous for almost an hour; slowly getting better laying in bed

Racism has been a scourge on humanity but at this point it is becoming dangerously close to becoming meaningless due to exaggerated and over use.
I hear people call other people racist all the time for the stupidest things. People who do this are devaluing the impact of a fairly important term that has taken centuries for most people to be convinced that it is a "bad" thing.
Calling everyone and their uncle racist out of "suspicion" as opposed to actual racist behaviour is the best way to ensure that in the future we won't be able to denounce true racism at all.
