For the record, my comments can be easily applied to other Northern European countries. The Germans are not exactly renowned for being stylish.

I've noticed that certain nationalities cannot handle criticism and that is what I am commenting on.

Thing is, you're focusing specifically on the English, even though people in the rest of the UK dress no better. In most cases they probably dress worse. Northern Ireland for example is poor and isolated.
