I never saw anything attractive about feet lol though I think well-manicured hands look cute and very feminine but at the same time it's not exactly something I look for either. Though I will say that rough/dirty looking feet and hands on a chick is a turn off.
I hate feet generally speaking, and it's why I hate sandals.
