Because it was a spam account made by some kid high on energy drinks.
People below 20 and above 65 should be banned from the internet.
I would generally agree, but that would get rid of some good, young posters like srfoskey who I believe is still in high school or recently graduated. And also, I was well under 20 when I first joined.
Perhaps people should be put under a "trial run" of sorts, let them post 100 times to see how they get along with other member and see how they contribute to the forum.
I was 22 when I joined this forum. Now, I'm turning 29 in just under 2 weeks so to someone in high school I'm probably 'past it'.
There is already an age limit on this forum of 16.
Interestingly, a McDonald's restaurant in some town here banned under-18s from going in unsupervised. If they could ban under-18s from all public spaces, that would be great.

I was 15 when I joined the first time in 2007 (don't tell nei ) and 19 the second time around in 2011. Jeez, I've been around this forum nearly a decade.
I think 16 is a bit too low tbh, people are generally still morons at that age. I know I was in 2007 when I first joined. I think perhaps it should be 18.
I think at that age it is dependent on the person. Some 16 year olds are very mature, capable of living alone even, but some are not. But then that's true of any age - I know people into their 40s who act like stupid kids.
Here in the UK, you can work at 16, join the armed forces, and you can even legally leave home and there's nothing your parents can do to stop you. But you can't vote or legally buy alcohol.

Antisocial behaviour. If you go to any suburban McDonald's in the UK the only people you're likely to see are teenagers taking advantage of the free WiFi.

Lmao, same I had an account previous to this one that I made at 15. It got banned on the first post, I posted a link to a petition to either impeach Obama or our state governor, not sure which one. After that I searched online about city data and apparently a bunch of people said the mods are ban happy and ban for nothing. After that I became pretty scared to join again for a while because I was worried I would be banned. I think 16 is a good age because it's when generally folks begin to mature , at least I was this way. Also I doubt any 16 year old individual who is immature, irresponsible, and ignorant would find any interest in joining a forum about things that are generally beyond their heads. 18 is not a bad age either though.
First time I drove into philly (1 of 2 times) I drove through Camden not by mistake. Was on the edge of the city; looked ok but not great. Might have been on black horse pike, appeared to be the least bad way into the city from the turnpike. There's no good highway connection into philly coming from the NJ turnpike from the north. Weird design. Can't think of another US city with that situation
I think Philadelphia is more seamlessly accessible from the parts of South Jersey that are to the south of the city. Coming from the north, I guess it's a bit trickier. When I was a kid, I remember visiting baba at least biweekly in Northeast Philadelphia, and we would alwaystake the Walt Whitman Bridge, which goes into south Philadelphia.
That whole New Jersey Turnpike/I-95 situation there still confuses me. It seems like a headache to get into Philly, I don't go there so I just stay on the New Jersey Turnpike all the way to Delaware where it rejoins I-95.

I didn't realize McDonalds was a socializing venue.
