Used to be a Doors fan.. about 10 years ago, read 2 Morrison biographies: no one here gets out alive & break on through

Not really too interested in them now.. see their whole countercultural appeal as infantile and shortsighted and Morrison as a hopeless addict. With ongoing legal troubles at the time of his death.

Oh, one guy almost made an albatross at the Open.

My dad says he had an albatross once.. ever rarer and more of an accomplishment than a hole in 1 (on a par 3), but never a hole in 1.

Title of this thread is a bit amusing -- nope, I don't think any Americans have ever been to Toronto.

I've had a hole in one but never an albatross.

Called in at a last hand on the car contest, at a car sales yard yesterday. Down to the last three people -quite an intense vibe. A guy there was telling me that since thursday night (72 hours earlier).the contestants had endured frost, heavy rain, 80km/h wind, and thunder/lightning interspersed with some quite warm spells/

I might call in this morning and see if it's still going.

Wildcat15 did you listen to Ultra Europe? It was broadcasted live for 3 days on youtube, but missed the whole thing. Some sets can be found online. You'd certainly appreciated the lineup: Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, David Guetta, Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten and so on.

Here's deadmau5's set:

Lol, I saw that thread. Pretty silly imo. Considering Torontos proximity to the US I bet quite a bit of Americans have been there. Isn't it right across from Buffalo NY?
