I was thinking about what whould happen in a city where the average high is 60 °C in a certain month? I think people would get used to it and be able to go outside anyway.
I lived in Russia for 10 years, New York for 10 years, still cannot get used to temperatures below 15c. If anything my tolerance for heat has gone up with the years
