Generally, your chest, thighs, butt and upper arms are lighter than the rest of your body. I'm a 12, but those parts in my body are probably around 3 or 4. Lol.
For those who missed the scale (from last page):
Oh, and there's also the Fitzpatrick Scale:
I believe I'm right between type II and III.
That's the scale I'm used to, and I'm a solid 2 on that scale. In the summer my arms and legs can resemble type 3 because I wear shorts and short sleeves more and those extremities are more exposed to the sun, but in general I'm pretty fair-skinned.
White could be anything in Europe. From German to Russian to English to Serbian and Italian. Lol...Can you narrow it down?
Justin Bieber is very attractive. Shawn Mendes is good looking. Do you have (their) brown eyes? I love white, light-haired guys with dark eyes.
I get you about white girls (and I find those to be very pretty btw, the blondes with blue eyes!). Yeah, just because I don't find some certain races of men attractive doesn't mean that they're repulsive to me. It's like with women. They can be very stunning, doesn't mean I want to sleep with them.
I see. Are your eyes dark too?

anywhere from 16-20 on arms/face, and like a 10 everywhere else
On the first scale, 1-14 look extremely similar but they don't seem to go in a linear light to dark order and some seem an odd shade of purple or green. It makes no sense to me, but I'd say I'm somewhere under a 14.
Maybe I'm turning color blind...
Definitely a type I on the other, sensible.
I rarely burn or tan. Nothing seems to happen even though I spend most of my summers hiking out in the open in the sun and much to my wife's dismay, I often forget sunscreen.

Nah, you're right. 1-14 is disproportionate from the looks of it:

Are you an ethnic Brit?
One thing about the Fitzpatrick scale is that it lacks a skin tone between II and III. Some people are genuinely olive skinned. Not light brown and definitely not "beige" (whatever that is):

Yep, both my parents and their parents are from here, I haven't gone any further back than that.
Many people here have a similar skin tone to me, especially in the south. The stereotype 'vampire' look is incredibly rare. Most people have brown hair and type III skin. I have brown hair and green eyes, which is a classic III.
I have brown hair and green eyes. Most people here have brown hair and anything from blue to brown eyes.
