As for the European test, I got Christian democrat. Wtf? The last times IIRC it was thirst way and then social democrat. Also got social liberal. I guess I'm pretty much in the center of the political spectrum.
As for the American test... I do not consider myself to the left on economic issues. Obviously I am in an American context.
i think england has a good justice system, with whole-life tariffs for the most extreme cases. but you can be locked up indefinetly here also, in theory. there's a pedophile-murderer here who has been locked up in mental instutions 57 or 58 years, but that's a bit different from prison.
