A quick look at the figures for here, every year back to 2010 has a summer month that would qualify here as Csb . But there is no way I think this area has the fundamentals of a climate like San Francisco or Eureka, which is where a very seasonal large difference is guaranteed to the point where they can be said to have wet and dry seasons.
The UK just has climates that are reasonably dry year round, just getting a bit drier during summer. 12.2 days in the wettest month compared to 7 days in the driest month, isn't a wet/dry season or Mediterranean climate.
Mediterranean vegetation also grows well here, but it is a pretty hardy type of vegetation in general, coping and even thriving in wetter summers.
