Not that bad for China, but it's too warm in summer for me even though I really like the rainfall pattern. Also, the winters are neither here nor there; too cold to be comfortable yet too warm to have snow. The lack of extreme record temperatures is kind of weird. C+

If it rains 213 days per year, it is difficult to have extreme temperatures.
That depends on how you define each season. It doesn't seem to have a winter to me.
So, dry "winters" and super humid and hot summers. E.

The winter there is not really dry, if you notice how many days it rains per month. Just low precipitation with lots of clouds.
I don't think the summer is hot either. 85 F is perfect. It would be hard to swim if lower.

To define whether a climate is or isn't dry you use precipitation, not rainy days.

Most people and the Köppen Climate Classification system consider summers where the mean temperature is above 22°C to be hot.
