Oh the days when the now completely useless WC had real cool people and even some hot men, like: Don Buser ("my honey"), Jeanetta Jones (doll), Dale Dockus, Bill Schubert (Mmmm), even the skinny little Italian guy that looked like Topo Gigio [I forget his name]. A totally trashed TV channel. I can't imagine what it's supposedly aimed at anymore.
Yeah he was likable, personable, and authentic.

I would have taped TWC during its heyday had I known it was going to go downhill. Depressing to even think about.

When I was in high school, I remember staying up all night during the summer, relaxing in the basement of my house, brewing pitchers of iced tea, playing music on CDs and cassettes and vinyl records, and watching Dave Schwartz on The Weather Channel when he had the entire studio to himself. He was my favorite meteorologist of all on The Weather Channel. Yet another part of my childhood has died. R.I.P. Dave Schwartz.

I will mention the guy who was on TV for 48 years here in Toronto, Canada, as a weather man for his entire career.

Now that's a career record that is unlikely to be matched any day soon.

That's sad! He was one of my favorite WC meteorologists.
