No, I just lurk there, and only when there is a cold snap going on.

Love to see the worrisome reactions of people planting Zone 10 plants in areas where they do not belong.

You mean Texas areas lol? Any palms here are hardy unless it's a washy or sago which I don't worry about as long as the rest are fine. Seems people further south are more likely to zone push than here. Your evil Bulloch, pure evil lol.

You'd be surprised how many depend on localized UHI and the water to protect their plants around there. An advective freeze negates both.

I know, that's there nature I guess; any zone pushed palms I have no faith in. Maybe in the future they can survive but not now. I just hope to continue to see more and more people planting windmills/sabals and broadleaf evergreens such as live oak which are planted more so than palms but not enough imo. Some of the biggest live oaks in the area.

This cemetery has maybe 15 or more in total, can't really see how far back they go.

Sounds like someone measured a snowdrift. A lot of people don't know how to properly measure snowfall, there were a few angry replies to the NWS on twitter yesterday when they (rightfully) questioned some people's high totals.

I was waiting for him to jump out of the woodwork with a map depicting single digits or even colder.
