Check out WPC discussion.... Waffles being served for this storm. LOL They are talking about the northern part of the puzzle.

TOP CIRCLE(energy from Polar Jet Stream) NEEDS TO MERGE WITH BOTTOM CIRCLE (Southern Jet)
It does but over Nova Scotia. Too late for Northeast! Needs to Merge in Ohio Valley or Mid Atlantic.
Those features aren't even close to being near the U.S yet.
Thanks. Actually Pittsburgh has 15.6" but the map is still wrong for there showing only 6-12. . Ugh. Is it so hard to code a map to the actually official snow totals and even use coop and CoCoRaHS observer reports too? Ok, maybe it is hard, but I'm not a coding expert. I wish they had a zoom feature on there.
You have to be kidding me, currently upper 70s south of Raleigh. Forecast high was 69, actual so far ? 63. Wtf is going on I thought we left this **** pattern behind.

This "****" pattern that's more than 10F above average? I get that your frustrated that really warm temps are so close but statistically you are equally likely to be having highs in the 30's so shouldn't you be happy?

Exactly my thoughts lol.
If it were 10 F below average here I would be happy, I would understand Orlando being 20 F below average would be a tease but I still wouldn't call a **** pattern or whine about it lol.

72F here and 80F inland (If you believe the airport readings). Best part of living on the coast.

Actually no, we average more 70 days for instance than ice days. But upper 70s are record breaking so obviously statistically unlikely.
