I can understand feeling cold at 68 F and rainy coming from a tropical climate, and a 61 F classroom sounds positively freezing.



But 78 F and humid? Come on.

The fact that all the cold is going to New England already as opposed to here is a good sign, I think it means the early end of winter. Cold New England/mild everything else is a pattern you'd normally see in March or April. If the core of the cold was over Ontario or Quebec then I'd be worried. And that huge cold mass over Seattle and the Pacific Northwest is a great sign as well

We've averaged 0.9°F below average. It was above average before the snow, but not by that much. Late January was much warmer.
