I like my climate but I would not mind having winters a good 3 or 4c colder so it could snow more often. Maybe having weather generally less stable in every season would be nice too, the Po plain is kinda boring within seasons, especially winter and summer. Also, drop the relative humidity in all seasons.
North American climates like Philadelphia are fine because they have colder winters while retaining warm / hot summers, I am just not too fond of dewpoints above 20c, and I am afraid some springs might be kinda bipolar. They beat us on our Falls though, theirs are sunniers and drier, more comfortable than thus damp cloudy sweaty mess we have most octobers.
Maybe Turin would be great, it always seems nicer than here.

It depends on the period, sometimes during the winter after a long period of stable high pressure, the air tend to accumulate a lot of pollutants. Last December was a good example for that, every day it was a relief to leave Turin (where my university is) for returning back home.
Generally I like the climate of the area around Turin, but in most cases I prefer the situation outside the city.
Los Angeles for it's mild year round weather.
Miami because Nov-Mar just can't be beat in the lower 48. Unless you like the cold.
Rochester. Well...if it's going to be cold, let it snow. Decent four season climate.
If I HAD to choose from the places listed it would be:
1. Sydney
2. Houston
3. Buenos Aires
4. Hong Kong
5. Miami
Numbers 1 and 2 were close, since I do like a little taste of the season with Houston, but Sydney still gives you a bit of chill, without super cold nights.
By the way, I'm the Columbia guy Lol
