Poor Buenos Aires, there average temperature should be 17c this point of year, but the first week of September they didn't even rise above 14c! Hopefully there will be a change of fortunes for the portenos

Really impressive,Meteorologists here are calling it as one of greatests registered in Southern Atlantic,the reason to we dont have thoses crazy storm like Northern Hemisphere is because the water are cooler,if it warm up,will we see more of ?
