Both are the stuff of legend. I think Marble Bar would be worse overall thanks to the much warmer winters and higher humidity in general. Furnace Creek offers winter relief.

Funny how virtually everyone in here has said that MB is hotter, when the poll has a good amount voters for FC. How come they haven't posted here? Lol....

Meh, MB is ahead 11-8 on this poll. Which is a good 58-42 split.

The people who voted FC are probably scared to post, because they got unproven by logic. They don't want to post their thoughts lol.

Just my theory.

This seems to be yet more climate anti-Americanism. Stop it with the petulant nonsense.

Logic would dictate that the climates are equally as hot - in different ways.

How about an average and extreme wet-bulb temperature comparison? I refuse to believe Marble Bar has ever recorded a nighttime low of over 38 C (100 F) like Furnace Creek in Death Valley has.

Both are equally hot, but in different ways.

Furnace Creek has hotter summers, but comfortable winters, that place offers relief in the winter.

Marble Bar has less extreme summers but it’s hot all year.

Both climates are horrible, but I’d take both of them over tropical rainforests like Manaus and Singapore. At least Marble Bar and Furnace Creek have low humidity, sunny weather and a mild season.

Last time i was in Marble Bar, I experienced a 42c temp before a huge dust and thunderstorm dropped the temp to 26c mid afternoon. I took a pic of the public park thermometer for proof of the mild mid afternoon temp at the height of summer ( couple of days before Xmas )
