I saw a thread on here by Saritra, and thought it was quite intriguing: //www.city-data.com/forum/weath...r-country.html
So I thought it would be interesting to try something similar.
The title is self-explanatory, so I don't need to explain much other than to ask that you pick climates of proper human settlements, just to avoid any Antarctica or Death Valley suggestions.
Remember that these are obviously personal opinions.
My picks:
Least Favorite in my country - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lerwick#Climate
Least Favorite in the the world - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahvaz#Climate
I'm certain over my first pick, Lerwick is just routinely depressing from my point of view. Whereas Ahvaz's summer heat combined with the pollution levels seems pretty close to hell on Earth. Although I don't claim to have enough knowledge of the global climate to know for certain what my least favorite would be. Places in Siberia, the Middle East, and even Australia were certainly contenders. Once this thread gets going, I'm sure I'll discover new climates that will be strong contenders for my least favorite.

Strahan TAS and Glasgow UK.
EDIT: For those wondering, Mecca, Yakutsk, Singapore, Macquarie Island and other "extreme" ones are too obvious. So I didn't go with them.

In my country: It was a little hard to decide, but I think I'll go with Naples (Florida).
Outside my country: Very difficult to decide, so many climates. Singapore, Marble Bar, Mecca...I think I'll go with Singapore.
Out of these two I would choose Naples for having at least some seasonality rather than boring hot, humid weather all year.

Yeah, I weighed up a few of those. Although I did opt for an "extreme" option in the end.

Least favourite in Canada - Resolute, Nunavut
Least favourite in the World - Vostok, Antarctica
I know both will kill me over the long run...
