And yes plenty of people probably would burn in the sun below 40 degrees without suncream in summer - but that's true of type III skin types as well. My ex girlfriend was Italian and she burned at 45N in summer despite being type III skin. Actually I tend to see more Americans that burn in the sun on my travels than Europeans..
The northernmost location I've ever been to--Montreal (just above 45 N)--was also the northernmost place I ever got a sunburn. Not a really bad one, but I definitely got a sunburn in late August once when I was there and spent a few hours walking around outside without sunblock on.

Hotter too.
Stereotypically latina , not Spanish

I hate when American people call Spanish for all of the Spanish world instead just of "Spaniards"

I prefer Penélope... and not because she is Spanish lmao

Many Americans think Spaniards look like Mexicans, most of them probably struggle to believe Penelope Cruz is Spanish

You should try high elevation too. At 2000 m of altitude (6500 ft, approximately) I can get a serious sunburn in less than 30 min, and our latitude is 45N too.

That's all false. Who says most Americans are like that?

I do, anecdotally it's something that I have definitely noticed.

I think the key is slowly acclimate yourself to the sun. I must not have spent enough time outside that summer to have burned in late August in Montreal.

I spent all day, every (week) day in the summer outdoors at camp in the Pine Barrens when I was 10-12 (three summers). I don't remember burning, and I never wore sunscreen, but I certainly tanned.

El Juntero

PS. I also don't think that, Americans learn at school about the Spanish conquistadores...

Pls stop talking about me I don't like to be the center of attention. This is the 4th page in a row.

My time to make questions. Lommaren:

- How do you look? How tall are you?
- Color of skin, typical stereotypical ultrawhite Swedish or a normal European? Hair and eyes?
- Which Spanish football team do you prefer
- Are the Canaries the paradise? (remember that in the same island you have La Laguna, extremely humid almost jungle looking subtropical landscapes and deserts plus semi-arid tropical climates) For anyone skeptic, tropical because the mean in the coldest month is above 18ºC so that meets the tropical threshold. Although it's not tropical for the lack of rain in those places where are +18ºC in the coldest month.
- Would you move now to Cádiz if someone offers you a 1.500€ net job per month (plus 2 extra payments of another 2 full wages, one in June and another in December, as it's by law in Spain )

In 12 months that would make a net wage of 1.750€
I look awesome. 1 cm taller than Messi
Mid-range white. Blue eyes with some green shades and light brown hair.
Celta Vigo for the shirts Aside from that I'd always want David Villa to win but he won't play in Spain anymore so...
La Laguna is awesome, the rest is a bit meh except for during winter!
Average pay after masters graduation to start with is 1.800 Euros net + I don't speak that jibberish of a language
