September 2015 was notably warmer than 2016 here.
However, the last time Rimini reached its average yearly maximum temperature (36°C) was in August 2013!
Summer 2014, 2015 and 2016 failed to reach that temperature due to incessant sea breezes and lack of fhoen effects.

It was way above normal for my area as the planet keeps getting hotter year by year, Almost no rain like always as well thanks to a never ending reverse west wind flow.
