Blocktown seems to be having a rainy month. Is there some kind of weather event (such as El Niño/La Niña) going on on your planet to cause this, or is it just a fail kind of month?

Currently on El Nino watch, with one likely to develop in the next couple of months. On top of that, Blocktown is generally having a wet month.
