Chongqing may be super cloudy but at least it can grow subtropical vegetation which bumps it up to a C- in my books. Not an F like Pyongyang

Mumbai isn't half as bad as this other Indian city. No month of the year has an average high below 30 C or an average low below 20 C. Unlike Mumbai, it is located far enough inland to have extremely hot days during the summer, but still with stifling humidity.

Yeah true, Mumbai isn't that bad (its average lows are fairly decent for perpetually hot days). I should've had Madurai or Chennai even.
