For Denver it looks like 65 and -3, although those temps come from the airport and are always lower than in the city. At my house, it's been about 68 and 3 above.

Indeed. I attribute that to a couple factors. For one we've had mostly ice and little snow.

Secondly, because of the lack of snow we never had a calm, clear, snow covered night. Those are when the temperatures get the lowest. Our low temperatures have been fighting bare ground and strong winds all winter.

The 78 doesn't surprise me though, we get freak days like that once or twice a month (December - February.)

For now, until Phoenix averages that for 4-5 straight months. But yes, that is insanely high. Glad I dont live there.

I'd prefer to live in that kind of climate; they've only hit 31 F for a low!
Besides, 102 F with low humidity is easy to ignore... unless you're stuck behind glass windows that won't open.
