Mariehamn, Ã…land Islands. I can imagine the island is somewhat significantly moderated in winter compared to Turku however nearly identical average temperature in summer. Mainland coastal southern Finnish cities are still great though.

Probably yes, Mariehamn gets a lot of prevailing warm winds from the Swedish mainland so I assume it is the mildest in Finland!

Probably the best climate above 60 N though is found right north of Uppsala where there is no weather station.

I think a lot of the small islands off the Swedish east coast get up to about 1900-2000 sunshine hours, with mild winters and 20'C highs in summer. Could be quite nice as well.

It's crazy to think that these cities would be in Antarctica if they were on the southern hemisphere.
