Perhaps I misunderstood the question.

If you are looking for climates that are jokes relative to other climates with the same latitude and geography, then here are some:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Europe
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southeast_Alaska

In particular:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lofoten#Climate
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genoa#Climate
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Longyearbyen#Climate
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sitka,_Alaska#Climate
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ketchikan,_Alaska#Climate

Absolute trash given their high latitudes. Complete disappointments really.

Considering the lack of major landmasses at NZ's latitudes and the "freedom" of the westerlies, NZ is not cloudy for its latitude in this hemisphere, especially in the east.

I love rough weather. Something i almost never get in FL as it sunshine 24/7 and hot. My dream would be a CAT 3 Hurricane every month 90 miles offshore to my west giving me 70mph winds and 10" of rain. Or like the no name storm of March 13th 1993, that is my kind of weather heather.

I hate day after day of dry and solid sunshine.

Cuba is my dream place. Plenty of rain and a hurricane i can enjoy every year or so. I hated Kentucky as i was forced to stay there in 1983 for two weeks. Nothing but clouds and highs in the 40's and lows in the 20's. I was in Job core and just hated that weather. I could never live up north. I just want my old classic Florida weather back like we had in the 70's and 80's. Meaning rain in the summer and cold winters. Not sunshine and dry and hot year round like we have had since 1990 minus the winter of 2010.

What's wrong with these climates? Are they too mild for you? Besides the Alaskan ones (which are indeed too mild), the others seem rather normal climates for their latitudes. Longyearbyen especially seems perfectly normal at 78'N, considering its proximity to the ocean. How else do you want it to be?

It's things like this why you are hard to take seriously. Tampa is warmer than Phoenix in the winter other than the occasional cold snap, your high doesn't drop below 70° and your low bottom's out at like 52°. So cold is not the norm for Tampa!

Sunshine and dry year round? tampa got 30 inches of rain this summer in three months ! Thats alot more than many places get all year, even a so called rainy city like seattle only averages around 38 inches of rain all year

This place, latitude of 64˚N, you'd expect at least long snowy winters and days with mild, clear weather but no, just under 1,200 hours of sunshine/year and not a single month averaging below 0.0 (December average 0.0˚C). Lots of rain and very borderline temps November-April resulting in sleet, very cold rain and wet snow for 6 months of the year. Just doesn't sound like a climate anyone could live in unless you got serious $$$ for a job.

Still it would be nice a cosy in winter, that's the only slight positive.
